Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lythe account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow the steps below. This action cannot be undone.

Step one
Open your Profile

Launch the Lythe app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Go to Settings

On your Profile page, tap Settings to open your account preferences.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

This is permanent

Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase your profile, all flexibility session history, progress data, and any saved programs. This cannot be reversed. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to log in or access the app, email us at hello@lythe.app with the subject line "Delete Account Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
